1. Seller

The store is operated under the business name Travelvol. Customer support: Travelvol3@gmail.com. Insert the registered legal entity, address, registration number and VAT details before launch where required.

2. Products and prices

Product descriptions, specifications, availability and prices are presented on the website. Prices, taxes, shipping charges and any destination-specific fees shown at checkout form part of the order information.

3. Orders

Submitting checkout details creates an order request. Travelvol may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, there is a material pricing or technical error, payment fails, fraud is suspected, or delivery to the destination is unavailable. Any refund required by law will be provided.

4. Payment

Payment is processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. An order is not treated as paid until the selected payment provider confirms the transaction.

5. Delivery

Processing and estimated delivery times are described in the Shipping Policy. International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import taxes, VAT/GST or brokerage charges depending on destination and checkout arrangements.

6. Returns and legal guarantees

Returns are handled under the Returns Policy and applicable mandatory consumer law. Nothing here limits statutory withdrawal, conformity, refund or guarantee rights that cannot legally be waived.
