Shipping Policy

Worldwide shipping

Travelvol is intended to serve customers internationally. Availability, delivery method and price depend on the destination and the products in the order.

Processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery

Typical international delivery may take approximately 5–15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Some remote destinations can take longer.

Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, tracking information will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout.

Customs and import charges

For destinations outside the seller’s customs/tax area, the customer may be responsible for import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage or other local charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Customs processing can also delay delivery.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully. If an order has not yet shipped, contact Travelvol3@gmail.com as soon as possible to request an address correction.

Missing or damaged deliveries

Contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photos. We will work with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
